We accept no responsibility for user initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of this product.

Price/Product/Description Changes
All prices, pictures, and descriptions on this site are subject to change. We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors. Please contact us within 30 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies. When you place an order, you agree to the price and terms indicated on Shiznits website. Price differences related to future or past prices in our store are non refundable.

Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or loan your information to third parties.

Privacy Protection For Children
In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) we do not knowingly provide our service to persons under the age of 18.

Security Standards.
Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card numbers, name, and address, so that the information cannot be read as it travels through the internet. This insures that your personal information cannot be viewed or tampered with.

Safety Information
Shiznits line of products have been fully tested and meets or exceeds all current toy safety regulations mandated by the federal government. Our testing facilities are accredited by the United States Government.

Recommended Age
The recommended age for Shiznit is 4+ but they are really loved by all ages!

Backorders
Because of the handmade nature of these products occasionally some may be on backorder. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to make sure your order is processed quickly. You will be notified by email if your order cannot be shipped within a week of the time you placed it.

Exchanges and Returns
Please keep all paperwork that is included in case you wish to return or exchange an item. We also encourage that you save any emails about the order as they may contain useful information.

Shiznits only accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of the product shipment date and shipping costs will not be refunded. Returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, or they will be rejected and sent back to you.

Order Changes or Cancellations
Because we begin processing your order immediately after receiving it, changes are usually not possible. However, if you have recently made an order and would like to make changes or cancel the order please contact us immediately. Changes or cancellations of orders must be done prior to shipment.

Defective or Damaged Orders
We take pride in making our Shiznits. We deeply apologize in the rare event that you receive an injured monster-like creature. We will do our best to make it right. Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with obvious shipping damages, please refuse the delivery. In the case of defective products, or products damaged through shipping we will replace the item within 30 days from the date shipped. Just send the product back along with the packing slip and a written explanation for the reason of the return. Once we receive the return, we will ship out a replacement. It is also a good idea to contact us as soon as possible concerning any problematic orders.
